General Accountant

  • Perform accounting operations arising from transactions, including cost accounting, revenue, depreciation, liabilities, etc., ensuring compliance with accounting regulations
  • Consolidate and prepare periodic financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annually)
  • Review and reconcile data among departments; coordinate with relevant departments to inspect and resolve any discrepancies or inconsistencies in data, if any
  • Compile and summarize accounting data; provide explanations upon request
  • Prepare and submit various types of tax declarations on a monthly/quarterly basis (VAT, CIT, PIT, contractor tax, etc.)
  • Monitor and regularly update new tax policies issued by government authorities
  • Control incoming and outgoing invoices and related documents to ensure legality and compliance
  • Liaise with tax authorities when required for clarifications, audits, or tax finalizations
  • Provide internal consultation on tax-related matters and tax risk management

Marketing Executive

  • PLANNING WITH THE TEAM LEADER BY PHASE: Conduct marketing research, develop ideas, and create implementation plans
  • PLAN EXECUTION
    • Prepare content and visuals for social media posts (Facebook, Instagram)
    • Prepare content for owned media: website, portfolio
    • Carry out assigned tasks according to the marketing plan
  • MARKETING PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS & REPORTING: Collaborate with the team to monitor and evaluate campaign performance, and propose improvements for future marketing efforts
  • Other tasks as assigned by Company Leadership and Department Manager

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

  • Actively participate in the entire video production process, from concept development to filming and editing
  • Film and photograph according to project or marketing campaign requirements, ensuring high-quality visuals and sound
  • Edit videos: cut, merge, adjust, add effects, music, and graphics to create complete final products
  • Create original and engaging video content that aligns with current trends and audience preferences
  • Collaborate with other members of the Media team to execute projects
  • Manage and maintain filming and editing equipment
  • Encourage continuous updates on the latest trends in filming, editing, and related technologies

Quantity Engineer

  • Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for the company’s projects within the scope of expertise
  • Prepare and deliver materials and equipment to the construction site to meet the required quantities based on the approved take-off with the Client
  • Carry out final account settlements and defend the final quantities with the Client
  • Coordinate with the design department to review and verify construction drawings
  • Perform other tasks within the scope of expertise as assigned by the Board of Directors

Project Schedule and Quality Control Specialist

  • Planning and Monitoring Project Progress

    • Participate in developing both overall and detailed project schedules.

    • Regularly update actual project progress, compare with the original plan, and identify deviations.

    • Analyze causes of delays (if any) and propose corrective measures.

  • Project Quality Control

    • Contribute to developing quality standards and quality control procedures for each project.

    • Conduct or coordinate inspections and quality monitoring throughout project phases.

    • Evaluate the quality of work, deliverables, or services against the defined standards.

  • Project Coordination and Implementation Support

    • Follow up with departments and individuals to ensure tasks are completed according to the approved plan and timeline.

    • Coordinate with department heads, project managers, and stakeholders to address issues arising during project execution.

    • Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures during project implementation.

  • Reporting and Information Updates

    • Collect, consolidate, and analyze data related to project progress and quality.

    • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports on project status, arising issues, and recommended solutions.

    • Provide regular updates on project progress to relevant stakeholders.

  • Other Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by management.

WAREHOUSE MANAGER

  • Managing Existing Warehouses
    • Organize and arrange goods in a systematic manner for easy import/export and optimal storage space usage.

    • Ensure compliance with occupational safety and fire prevention regulations.

    • Monitor and conduct regular maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.

  • Managing Inbound and Outbound Goods
    • Receive and verify all documents related to goods receipt and delivery (inbound slips, outbound slips, invoices, etc.).
    • Supervise goods receipt to ensure quantity and quality match the documents.
    • Monitor the dispatch process to ensure accurate delivery in terms of quantity, specifications, and schedule.
    • Coordinate with relevant departments (purchasing, accounting, etc.) to resolve any issues arising during goods movement.
  • Inventory Control

    • Plan and carry out periodic or ad-hoc inventory checks as required by the company.

    • Reconcile physical stock with documentation; prepare inventory reports and explain any discrepancies (if any).

  • Goods Distribution Coordination

    • Develop distribution plans based on project/customer requirements and current stock levels.

    • Coordinate transportation to ensure timely and accurate delivery to designated locations.

    • Track the delivery process and resolve any issues arising during transportation.

    • Ensure all delivery documentation is completed accurately and in full.

  • Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by upper management.
